7. Do not use deformed or cracked knives when using knives for maintenance. Wear gloves when installing and removing knives. The cutter shaft ring should be tightly combined without leaving a gap, and the nut should be rotated. When using a disposable flat knife, make sure that the blade fixing screw is tightened to prevent the blade from flying out during the cutting process.

8. After repair or maintenance, cover all safety devices or protective covers to their original places, and the machine can be started.

9. When the operator wants to leave the post for some reason, he must shut down the machine first, so as to avoid chatting with others during the operation.

10. When the machine is running abnormally, it should be stopped immediately and handed over to a professional for overhaul. Make sure that the power supply is disconnected during overhaul.

11. Before getting off work, the sawdust around the machine must be cleaned up. Sawdust is not allowed to accumulate on the motor, and the daily maintenance of the equipment should be done well.

12. This machine is a special-purpose machine, and it is strictly forbidden for non-operators to operate it.

13. The right or upper knife is reversed, and the left or lower knife is clockwise. Just remember that the wood feed and the turning of the tool must be opposite, and the direction of the tool must not be consistent.
