3. Lubricate and maintain the equipment on time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

start up:

1. Adjust the processing thickness required for conveying and upper and lower planing, manually or electrically as needed.

2. This machine is suitable for processing wood with uniform thickness, and is not suitable for leveling of excessively deflected materials.

3. Check the conveying and transmission parts of each part and make appropriate adjustments.

4. The upper and lower planer blades should be installed 1mm higher than the blade and 2-3mm higher than the blade shaft.

5. Check the movable wheel of the worktable. It should not be lower than the worktable, and should be higher than the working surface to a minimum of 0.2mm.

6. Always check the tightness of the upper and lower planer spindle skins, and use acupressure to have a little elasticity.

7. When the lower planer shaft needs to change the tool, the V-belt should be removed before it can be pulled out. After the tool calibration is completed, return to the original position, install the belt and tighten it.

8. All dust removal or internal adjustment of the machine should be carried out after the machine is completely stopped.

9. The work piece is placed on the workbench, do not continue to operate the lowering action, so as not to damage the lifting device.

10. Without the consent of the original factory, do not adjust the lifting nut without authorization under any circumstances, otherwise it will seriously affect the mechanical accuracy and cause abnormal damage to the transmission parts.

11. The upper and lower planers must be kept sharp at all times to facilitate the cutting ability.

Attention and maintenance：

1. The machine should be operated by a special person, and it is strictly forbidden for others to operate in violation of regulations.

2. Maintain the equipment every week to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

3. Clean the sawdust inside the knife every day, and check the apricot knife with no gap.
