2、Check before starting:

l  Whether the voltage and air pressure normal

l  Is there any debris in the machine

l  Is the belt in good condition

l  Is the governor oil level normal

l  Are the screws of the tightening sand frame tight

l  Are the infrared windows and reflectors clean

l  Whether the belt of the sanding motor is properly tensioned

l  Check whether the vacuuming is normal

l  Is the grounding good

l  Is the compressed air lubricating oil sufficient

3、Refuel and lubricate the rotating and swinging parts.

4、Tension the abrasive belt and check whether it is normal and whether the installation direction of the abrasive belt is correct.

5、Turn on the main power supply, and check whether the brake disc is separated. It is strictly forbidden to lock and start.

6、Before starting the main motor, check whether the swing of the sand frame is normal, start the main motors one by one. After the first main motor is running normally, start the second motor. When starting the main motor, observe the vibration of the abrasive belt.

7、Before feeding, measure the size of the workpiece with an oil caliper, and adjust the height of the conveyor belt according to the measurement data to test the sand. The maximum sanding depth each time cannot exceed 0.5 mm, and the width of the sanding workpiece cannot exceed 1 meter.

8、Only sanding wooden materials, the workpiece can not contain metal, glass, sand and other hard and sharp substances.

9、The sanding process should always pay attention to the operation of the machine. If there is any abnormality, it must be stopped for inspection. In emergency situations such as endangering personal safety, equipment safety, abrasive belt deviation, and abrasive belt collapse, the emergency brake switch must be used to stop the machine, and it is in normal operation. Do not use the emergency brake switch to stop.

10、It is forbidden to wear gloves to operate, and long-haired female workers must wear a cap and put their hair in the cap.

11、Pay attention during operation, do not leave the machine, do not touch the conveyor belt when the machine is running, do not reach into the machine, and do not adjust the height of the sand rack during operation.

12、After the work is completed, the machine must be stopped according to the correct procedure, the dust inside and outside the machine must be cleaned up, all power supplies and compressed air must be turned off, and the water in the air compressor and the oil-water separator must be discharged.
